Paula has recently taken the role of team meeting organizer. As I help her with meeting minutes, I could see that she was able to take out from our short notes the essence of actions/updates. She then shares with the team in a precise and readable way what was discussed and follow-up actions with pointed out main person responsible and deadline. Moreover, Paula also gathers topics and creates agenda before each meeting, steers and makes sure we are not falling out of the plan. What is most important, she can easily switch between agenda items when one topic takes more time just to be sure the most important ones are covered. She also doesn’t hesitate to contact other parties outside the team if any clarification needed regarding tools, instructions, procedures.
Apart from above examples, Paula is the best, most considerate and patient buddy ever.
